### How is 3CX priced?
3CX is a flat annual fee per phone system, based on simultaneous calls (SC) — the number of internal and external calls happening at the same time — not a per-user monthly charge. Pick Basic, Pro or AI, then the SC size that covers your busiest hour.

### Do these 3CX prices include VAT?
No. Prices are ex-VAT. UK VAT is calculated at checkout. Figures can move with 3CX’s catalogue and FX.

### What is the 3CX education discount?
Qualifying schools, colleges and universities receive 20% off 3CX license list prices. Toggle the education box on this page to preview the discounted figures, then email sales@zen.systems so we can apply education pricing to your order.

### What does Hosted by 3CX cost?
Hosted by 3CX is an optional annual hosting add-on, shown separately from the license. It is not available on every SC size. You can also self-host or use Zen-managed hosting.

### Can I buy or upgrade from this pricelist?
Yes. Each edition price links to a live checkout with that SC preselected. To renew or upgrade an existing key, use the renew page — your license number stays the same.
